Abstract

Every company from all over the world deals with different types of resources: material resources, financial resources, human resources and of course informational resources and strives to find the most efficient ways to use them. While the output of companies is represented by products and services, the output of universities is represented by knowledge gathered by students. While the companies’ output depends on the material resource quality, the universities’ output is strongly influenced by the quality of educational resources and also by how they are transmitted from teachers to students. Following this line, the present paper approaches a tool used by universities in order to have an efficient educational resources management. The paper focuses mainly on the impact of e-Learning platform on teaching staff, based on a marketing research conducted in several Romanian universities. Data collection was achieved by a structured questionnaire disseminated via Google docs; IBM SPSS software was used for data processing and analysis.
