Abstract

The present study was carried out in an organization that is an important supplier of pressed rubber elements, destined for the global car and transport industry. In this regard, the company produces mixtures and technical products of rubber, destined to various industrial branches around the world. At the same time, in order to meet all the approval conditions, in accordance with the specific standard, the parts produced must meet a number of customer requirements, defined in certain paragraphs of the specifications. To eliminate defects and non-compliant products and to meet customer specifications and to comply with the order conditions, the company used the AMDEC method.
