APPLIED STUDY ON THE INITIATION AND PLANNING OF A CULTURAL PROJECT

Abstract

In this paper, a simple and comprehensive theoretical framework on the management of a cultural event and a practical implementation is provided, by carrying out a tour in Italy of a children's choir. The aim is to provide a realistic and modest vision of the management of a cultural event and to demonstrate how the application of theory works. The objective of the project developed in this work is to organize two concerts held by the Junior Vip Children's Choir from ClujNapoca on the stages of the Romanian Embassy and the Accademia di Romania in Italy. The ideas will be identified, the objectives will be conceived and drawn, the activities will be established, and the Gantt chart will be drawn up. All stages are interdependent, being linked through project management.
