Abstract
“Logistics includes the means and arrangements with which tactics and strategies are implemented. Strategy decides where to act; logistics brings the troops to that point” (Antoine Jomini). Logistics is part of the national defense system of any country, which constitutes the totality of the measures and activities carried out in times of conflict or peace, the preparation of the economy, the supply of the armed forces intended to carry out military actions and so on. In approaching the concept of logistics, specialists in modern military structures start from the idea that they must define all the material and assistance conditions necessary for the successful implementation of military actions.
