Abstract
The comparative management approach highlights, in general, differences and similarities that can be used to improve the relationship between the two or more categories under analysis. In the present case, several issues are brought to the attention of the above mentioned work register between two categories of persons less used in the specialized literature, the military and the civilians, as they resulted from the application of a questionnaire, the respondents being chosen from the programs of studies at the postgraduate level, and with a good familiarity with the managerial concepts discussed.
