SUSTAINABILITY IN THE FIELD OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY IN ROMANIA

Abstract

Global warming, is after antibiotic resistant bacteria, the biggest threat to our human species. Much of the global warming is achieved through the gigantic domains of energy. We all know that the energy is the essence of all the system that exist today and serve us. We cannot imagine a world without street light, laptops, and printers and so on. In order to keep the economic and personal activities sustainable we need to understand the potential of alternative source of energy and to exploit more. In this paper, our main focus is to analyze the actual energy system in Romania and European Union and to draw lines to improve the long-term sustainable energy system.
