Abstract
The present paper presents a study carried out in a production company. One of the problems of production is due to the existence of a long waiting time between the various operations. In this respect, the cause of the problem was identified, and subsequently solutions were proposed for its solution. Finally, due to the implementation of identified countermeasures, the waiting time was significantly reduced.
